Rocco J. DeFelippis, P.E., L.S. (partner) Rocco is a Principal Partner in the firm and manages the engineering group.
He started working for the firm in 1986 after receiving a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Villanova University. Licensed as a Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey and a Professional Land Surveyor in New York; Rocco is well known to the NYCDEP and NYCDOB and has served on various advisory committees for both agencies.
William M. Trang, P.E., L.S. (partner) William is a Principal Partner in the firm and manages the surveying group.
He started working for the firm in 1986 and received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Pratt Institute. Licensed as a Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey and a Professional Land Surveyor in New York; William is well versed in the unique
requirements of the various agencies for full range of survey requirements.
William is well known to the NYCDDC and has been consulted on numerous boundary disputes and creation of legal descriptions for the legal profession.Staff: Wohl & O'Mara has a core of employees who have been with the firm for many years. The firm currently has 4 licensed Professional Engineers and 3 licensed Land Surveyors on staff. Our professionals are backed-up by competent and experienced employees who are always ready to complete their assignments. Our highly experienced staff allows our client to always be in touch with professionals. By providing both Engineering and Land Surveying Services we can reduces delays in obtaining approvals from City and State Agencies. This is performed because our land surveying department is always in direct contact with the engineering department; therefore eliminating misunderstanding and misinformation. Our Engineers are always in direct contact with City agencies with city examiner and officials in order to expedite the approval processes.
